What does more time mean for you?

What does more time mean for you?

More play time with your kids
A long walk with your husband after work
Netflix & chill
A nap
Watching the sunset with a cocktail
Time to work on your side hustle
An extra episode of Ozark
An extra $500 a month

You want more of this, but your busy schedule usually succeeds in making you decide between you time and get-it-done time.

Get-it-done time wins.

I have spent my career watching this in others and working to solve it.

Solving it means streamlining a part of your life that has the ability to give you more me time, more family time, better health and more money.

And it's actually not complicated to do, you have just never been taught how.

In four steps, I can show you how to plan, shop, execute and stock your house with a fridge full of healthy meals that will give you the me time you want.

Self-Help Junkie

Who else is a Self-Help junkie?

I have been hooked since I was young. I was watching an Oprah show after school and it was centered around the topic and I just knew I wanted more.

The idea of "improving myself" like you would make updates to your home (weird analogy? ) was so fascinating to me.

I don't know when I bought my first self-help book was, but I now have a collection of them by my bed.

But for me, self-help isn't limited to that book collection. It shows up all over my life- like my obsessive journaling and my endless quest to be the healthiest I can be.

The one area of self-help I feel I have definitely mastered is meal prep.

This is also the area I have seen THE MOST impact on my life and my clients lives.

When it comes to losing weight, feeling confident, removing temptation, having freedom at meal times, having more time and saving money- learning to meal prep will instantly and seamlessly give you all of them.

It won't take years or months to see change in your life, it...

It was a painful cycle to watch; a cycle so many Americans are locked into that has the power to kill.

Foods of convenience do not care about your health.

I felt scared for our nation, so I decided to do something.

I wanted to teach people that there is a simple way to get health on their table each night.

And no, it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg, you don't have to be Martha Stewart, and you don't have to the time to...

The most important thing about breakfast

I know you’ve heard it before…

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!

But is it?

Yes and no.

What you eat for your first meal of the day is very important. What is less important is when you eat it.

Yes, I am telling you that you do not have to wake up first thing and start eating. You can actually wait, a while. This is totally fine! It’s called intermittent fasting and it is actually really good for you!

So, what should you eat, then?

Your meal should be balanced with plant foods (fruits and veggies)

Healthy fats because they are super satiating and full of nutrients; think avocado, nuts and seeds

Contain some protein. Some good ones are eggs, protein powder, salmon
