Hi, I'm Hayley
I help busy people use healthy home cooking to make their life less stressful, get more time and save money.
I am a nutritionist who had a healthy meal delivery service. It was my dream to change the health of this nation.
Although I was doing a lot of good with my meal service, I felt I was part of the problem for American's; I was simply handing out fish, not teaching anyone to fish for themselves.
Then, the worst happened; COVID hit and I was forced to shut down my service.
That's when it hit me; if I am truly going to help people I need to teach them how to meal prep at home. I need to give them the process I used to run my meal service so they can get it done fast, save money and not have stress at meal times.
That's what I did and it is my passion to teach you these skills both through my Meal Prep Course and in these mini classes each month.
